Meet The Team

Andrew Coombs
Doctor of Chiropractic
After struggling with a number of rugby-related injuries for years, I started looking for alternatives to medication to manage the pain, and that’s when I discovered chiropractic care.
Within just a few sessions, I noticed a real difference. My symptoms improved, and I realised I’d not only found relief but also a new passion. I decided to pursue this path and went on to study at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic.
After graduating in 2013, I joined Halsa Care Group and had the chance to work alongside physiotherapists, sports therapists, and podiatrists, helping patients with a variety of symptoms and postural issues.
Then in 2018, I moved back to my hometown of St Neots and opened In Balance Family Chiropractic to help people like you not only get relief from back and neck pain but also achieve their best health potential.

Rachel Crockford
Sports Rehabilitation Therapist
I graduated in 2013 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and went on further to study a PgDip in Sports Rehabilitation.
I have experience working with large multidisciplinary clinics working as a team with physiotherapists and osteopaths. I also worked with the Cambridge University Lightweight Rowing Team as their Sports Therapist with an undefeated victory between 2014-2018.
I have coached St Neots Rowing Club and I am a coach at Bedford Gymnastics. I have represented GB as a Junior in rowing, run the Virgin London Marathon and cycled the Prudential Ride London.
During the 2012 Olympics I was proud to volunteer as an Olympic Games Maker at the Dorney rowing lake venue with athlete services. In my spare time I am Mum to 2 girls age 4 & 7 doing the school runs and taking them to after school activities.
"Thanks to Andrew, I’m now moving more freely, feeling stronger, and generally so much better."
